How to use Debit Card Controls
Control when, where and how your debit card can be used. Turn card On/Off | Set Purchase Limits | Control Transaction & Merchant Types | Designate Use by Geographic Locations.
Access Debit Card ControlsTo access Debit Card Controls login to .communityMobile app, click on the More menu and click on Card Controls. |

ON/OFF ControlTurn your debit card On/Off instantly. When off, it can't be used for anything. Once turned back on, it can be used within seconds. |

Merchant Type ControlControl where your debit card can be used by setting up Merchant Type Control. Slide indicator "OFF" or "ON" to either block or allow each type. |

Transaction Type ControlControl which debit card transactions are approved or denied. Slide indicator "OFF" or "ON" to either block or allow each type. |

Purchase LimitsControl the maximum debit card purchase amount. Simply turn on the Spend Limits control and designate an amount. All purchases exceeding the limit will immediately be denied. |

How to use Cardless Cash
Cardless Cash allows you to withdraw cash from the ATM using your smartphone. The feature increases convenience and takes the debit card out of the mix, offering added security with no chance of card skimming.
STEP 1To set up your Cardless Cash withdrawal, open the .communityMobile app on your mobile device, tap on the task menu from the navigation bar and select “Cardless Cash.” |

STEP 2Select the account you would like to withdraw from by tapping on “Withdraw From” and the dollar amount you would like to withdraw. |

STEP 4To complete the withdrawal from the ATM, log into your .communityMobile app, tap the task menu and select “Cardless Cash.” |

How to deposit a check with your smartphone
No time for a visit to the bank? No problem! Deposit your check conveniently using your smartphone.
STEP 1To deposit a check, select the task menu (indicated by the plus sign) in the navigation bar and click on the deposit icon. To initiate a check deposit, click the “Continue” button on the deposit screen. |

STEP 2Tap on the camera icon labeled “Front.” The phone’s camera will open. Take a photo of the front of the check. Tap the green button with the check mark. (Didn’t get a good photo? To retake the photo tap the red circular button.) |

STEP 3Tap on the camera icon labeled “Back.” The phone’s camera will open. Take a photo of the back of the check. Tap the green button with the check mark. (Didn’t get a good photo? To retake the photo tap the red button.) |

STEP 6Tap on the “Email Receipt To” field. Enter the email address where the deposit notifications and receipt should be emailed and tap “Continue.” |

How to use People Pay on mobile
Out to dinner with friends? Pay what you owe easily and conveniently with People Pay for mobile. No need for cash; pay on the go by sending funds electronically.
STEP 1To access People Pay tap on the task menu (indicated by the plus sign) in the navigation bar and select "People Pay" to continue. |

STEP 2Enter the recipient’s full name and the person's email or mobile number. Once you’ve entered a recipient’s information, you’ll be able to select them from your list of contacts moving forward. |

How to Manage Your Bill Payments
You can now add, edit and delete bill pay payees* directly from .communityMobile mobile app.
*Must be enrolled in bill pay services through online banking prior to using bill pay and managing payees in the mobile app. Account number and payee name cannot be edited using the mobile app. Mobile payee management is not available on mobile web.
STEP 1From the .communityMobile app tap "More" in the navigation bar, then tap "Payees" to add, edit and delete bill pay payees. |

STEP 2Tap the Plus sign on iOS or "Add" button on Android. Enter payee full name and select it from the list of available payees. If the payee name does not appear, click on "+ Create a new xxx payee". |

STEP 3Enter payee information and click on "Done". Note: If we have payee information on file, only the payee Nickname and Account Number needs to be entered. If payee information is not on file, enter payee Nickname, Account Number, and Address. |
