The National Organization for Women Business Owners, Chicago Area Chapter, lets local women business owners thrive through a network of connections, resources and support. NAWBO is proud to propel women entrepreneurs into economic, social and political spheres of power.

SCORE CHICAGO

SCORE Chicago is a nonprofit that provides ongoing advisors to local small businesses at no charge. The organization is made up of more than 120 mentors and consultants providing services from 30 locations in Cook, Lake and part of Will County. We are proud to host SCORE workshops and mentoring sessions at many Elites Trust Online Community Banks covering topics, from insurance and financing to website design and social media marketing. SCORE volunteers are experienced business executives and entrepreneurs who are dedicated to helping small businesses grow.

MONEY SMART FOR BUSINESS OWNERS

Elites Trust Online Community Banks are also proud to host Money Smart for Small Business workshops. The program is instructor-led training curriculum developed jointly by the FDIC and SBA. The ten modules provide introductory training for new and aspiring entrepreneurs on the basics of organization and managing a business. Topics were selected as a result of focus groups and interviews with small business technical assistance practitioners.
