Elites Trust Online Mortgage offers adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs) with fixed terms for the initial three, five, seven or ten years and then adjust periodically based on changes in a pre-selected index, most commonly, Treasury, LIBOR and COFI for the remaining term.
ARMs have lower initial interest rates during the fixed term than long-term fixed loans, which means a lower monthly payment. These loans can be great for first-time homebuyers or those who plan to spend a few years in a home before moving to something new.
